I created, filmed, and edited this title sequence for an imagined movie called Crime e Castigo, which is ‘Crime and Punishment’ in Portuguese. Inspired by the book, written by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, and the visceral way that he wrote his main character’s emotional reality, I sought to represent the eerie psychological horror that was happening within the main character’s mind.
